The Commission discussed where to use leftover funds from CLG Conference; an existing project, or roll it over into 2025. Forestry Division spoke about projects related to historic preservation. Priority list of 3 projects were made for 2025 including a Satchel Paige project.

The city has been notified by NPHF that the Bismarck Riverfront Park and Festival Grounds project would trigger a Section 106 review. Historic Preservation award perimeters were updated. ND CLG Conference is slated for Oct. 7 Bismarck Event Center. 8 cities will present updates

1. ARRIVE 2050 is taking public comment Sept. 23rd for 30 days, to hear public input on the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) for development of Bis/Man's multimodal transportation system over the next 20+ years. 2. Big Sky Rail partnership is on hold
