About me

As a Detroit Documenter I provide live coverage via X/Twitter, audio transcripts and summary notes of various public meetings. I do this to support our local journalists--especially those partnered with Outlier Media who amplify experiences of regular people and challenge narratives of the powers-that-be. My best days always seem to include some combination of books, the DIA and Detroit-style Coney Island chili (no beans and with grease floating on the top).
