DWSD expects to launch a new payment system, PromisePay, in June of 2025. It will offer more flexibility than EasyPay with the ability to choose payment due dates and use payment providers like Venmo and Apple Pay.

Mr.Phillips is explaining how call volume and flow goes and how quick calls are being answered.
He just gave example that in real time there are 36 ppl waiting to speak with a live person. The wait is 24 mins.
Commissioner Black is giving comment on the customer satisfaction stat. She was impressed.
He also highlighted that there’s a hiring freeze due to the SW water main break emergency. And that’s why they are 11 persons short.
