- 355 more teachers have been hired at the start of the school year compared to last year
- COVID-19 Contact Tracers are actively being hired as well as other positions within CPS being affected by shortages, such as bus drivers https://t.co/TQ4hrk32CI

Dr. Torres is currently being given a round of applause for his dedication to opening CPS schools this fall.
