The Cleveland Landmarks Commission is responsible for determining whether buildings, sites or historic districts are eligible for designation as landmarks.
The Commission follows established criteria listed in the Landmarks Ordinance and uses the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation to review proposed changes.
Through the issuance of Certificates of Appropriateness the Commission reviews building and demolition permits for Designated Cleveland Landmarks and Districts.
Local Design Review Committees act as advisory committees to the Landmarks Commission within designated historic districts.

Questions from the committee include a statement from Director Huang who spoke to the area and the possible addition of other things of this nature, she would like a fuller plan.
Crawford said that not at present. Staggering allows other art
The nonprofit organization that is funding the project chose the sites. #TaxCredit were a factor
Huang prefers a fuller site for each one.

Julie Trott agrees with the gallery concept
Paint selection is a factor. Allowing the brick to breathe

Strizzi said that a continued presence from the other site. Mature landscaping will soften it up. They are open to another type of fencing
Her personal preference is split on this matter
Strizzi asked if landscaping without a fence is the issue the builders are open
