The clinic is focusing on hiring male staff and therapists, in order to better serve the young male demographic of patients.

The clinic recently completed the survey to be accredited by the Joint Commission. The Commission recommended the addition of the Columbia Suicide Rating Scale to their screening. The clinic is awaiting a final response
