Committee Chair Ald. Tom Tunney calls the meeting to order at 10:06 a.m. Quorum is reached. The committee moves to approve last meeting’s minutes.
No public speakers are registered for today’s hearing. The committee moves to considering a building fee waiver for Englewood Connect to rehab a historic firehouse at 6204 S. Alderperson David Moore compliments the development’s benefit to the 16th and surrounding wards. It passes and a $20,000 fee waiver is granted. “It’s a creative, adaptive re-use and it’s going to be good for many wards,” Ald. Tunney said.
