Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund

To meet the permanent housing needs of Chicago’s very low-income residents. The Trust Fund assists residents living in poverty, with incomes not exceeding 30 percent of area median income, by providing well-maintained and affordable housing.

If you are documenting or otherwise plan on attending a CLIHTF meeting, be prepared to show photo ID upon arrival. In order to avoid unnecessary delays, we also recommend that you register as an attendee (click on “View original meeting details” to go to the Constant Contact event page). If your name is not on the attendee list you may have to wait for the receptionist or security guard to call upstairs.
